About us

Over 30 years in narrow aisles. From the floor up to the truck.

Alpha VNA Trilateral is the forklift arm of Strukturlogistik Thomas Plötz (STP), Dresden. For over 30 years we have measured and corrected the floors of high-rack warehouses. We know narrow-aisle warehouses because we have worked in them for decades.

Where we come from

STP specialises in precision measurement and correction of industrial floors: flatness testing to DIN 15185, DIN 18202, EN 15620 and VDMA, measured with the Floor Profiler, a VDMA-certified measuring robot. Where the floor is out of tolerance, we grind the high-rack aisles to VDMA standard and replace joints with grindable systems.

Why we sell forklifts

Three decades in narrow aisles show you both sides of the problem. A truck lifting loads to 20 m forgives neither an uneven floor nor the wrong geometry. But a new truck from the factory is 6 to 8 months away, and priced accordingly. So we buy units, rebuild them and adapt them: the same performance in 2 to 6 weeks, 30 to 60 % below new.

How we work

From over 150 refurbished units in our workshop we usually find the right model. If we don't, we source it specifically: through our network, with custom adaptation, or both. Every unit goes through the same workshop: rebuild, configuration, function test, release. One team, the same standards, nothing handed off to third parties. For commissioning and training our technicians come to you, wherever your warehouse is.

When the floor is the problem

Then we measure it. An uneven floor forces every high-rack truck to slow down, no matter how good the machine is. STP tests flatness to DIN and VDMA and corrects it, in the empty hall before commissioning as well as during operation. More at struktur-logistik.de.
